Special features:
The operating pressure on the low pressure side is comparatively slight.
- No typical primary seal required. Operational safety is increased with the additional sealing edge of the PT1 double wiper.
The stroke speed during injection is clearly distinguished from the stroke speed during plasticising (retraction). Since the strength of the lubricating film is influenced by the stroke speed and the pressure, the oil balance in particular on the low pressure side is uneven.
- The required minimisation of the removed oil film with simultaneous improvement of the recovery capability in the low pressure range is achieved with the OMSU-MRPR optimised in this regard.
